At the Omni Shoreham Hotel, less than a mile from our Washington DC bed and breakfast, the Rehab Summit 2017 will be taking place from August 3rd – 5th. Through a variety of educational sessions, attendees will explore the cutting-edge technology from experts in the rehabilitation field. The conference provides the opportunity to expand your knowledge with hands-on training, network with other professionals, and develop new skills that you can apply to your practice.
Who Should Attend the Rehab Summit? The conference is designed for and geared towards physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapists, occupational therapist assistants, and athletic trainers.
What’s on the Conference Agenda? The conference will kick-off on Thursday with a breakfast in the Exhibit Hall and will be followed by the educational sessions. Over the course of the three-day conference there will be 36 sessions for attendees to choose from that vary in topic and specializations. A few of the sessions offered are: Neuroplasticity: Essential Interventions for Optimal Therapy, Mood Improved: Exercise Strategies for Parkinson’s Disease, When Outcomes are Illusive for the Pediatric Client, and Supporting Self-Regulation Through Assistive Technology.
What are the Registration Fees? To attend the full conference registration costs $669. If you would only like to attend two days registration is $499 or $299 to attend one day. There is also a preconference lab that will be offered that you can attend separately for $149.
What are my Hotel Options? Attendees can stay at the Omni Shoreham Hotel with the group rate of $199 plus tax per night if booked by July 1st unless the block of rooms is fully booked by that date.
