FICWFM DC 2016

This year, FICWFM will host its Annual Convention on Tuesday, July 12th 2016 to Thursday July 14th 2016 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, next to our Washington DC hotel. The main purpose of every annual convention is for pastors, ministers, and congregations of similar faith to come together in the enjoyment of God’s word. Convention delegates that will be present at this event receive the teaching ministries of FICWFM Fellowship Founders, Apostle Fred and Betty Price, President Dr. Michael A. Freeman. But with that, another plus besides fellowship and worship is the goal to strengthen and build local ministry through a complete circuit of in-depth workshops and seminars designed for the pastor/minister as well as the church staff. So there is a lot to get involved in and find enjoyment in, too.

A notable founder is Apostle Frederick K.C. Price. He is the founder of Crenshaw Christian Center (CCC) in Los Angeles, California.  Apostle Frederick K.C. Price began his journey in 1973, and because of his dedicated efforts, and the dedicated efforts of others, the church has grown into a renowned ministry. It’s a great example on focusing towards something larger than yourself and achieving something outside of yourself. This is perhaps a great avenue that the conference will take this July, because operations such as new members’ assimilation and retention, church administration, Christian school development and education, finance, and youth ministries will be led by professionals that are trained in one of the mentioned areas.

But, most importantly, FICWFM is about family and being there for each other. The conference offers nursery services, so just in case you decide to jetpack over with your little ones, you know they’ll be well taken care of.  Come over this July and have a great time with FICWFM.
