The Marian Koshland Science Museum in DC

The Marian Koshland Science Museum  was named after Marian Kosland, a member of National Academy of Sciences who made some major contributions in the fields of biology and immunizations, including the cholera vaccines. The goal of the museum is to provide an interactive medium to exhibit how science supports decision making.

The museum is open from 10am to 5pm daily, except for Tuesdays. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for children, students and seniors. Groups of 20 or more qualify for group admission rates but must be arranged in advance.  Lots of hands-on and interactive activities available.  Experience the Earth Lab and Life Lab and many other exhibits.

The Koshland Science Museum is located at 525 E Street, NW, within walking distance from the National Mall. The closest metro stations are Judiciary Square and gallery place on the red line.  Our Washington DC lodging is nearby.
