JuST Training Conference 2026: confirmed facts
- What: JuST Training Conference 2026
- When: October 27 to 29, 2026
- Where: Omni Shoreham Hotel, 2500 Calvert St NW, Washington, DC 20008
- Host: Shared Hope International

Shared Hope describes the annual JuST Conference as a meeting that sheds light on juvenile sex trafficking (JuST). Its speakers and sessions aim to give attendees practical knowledge and actionable responses for their own communities.
New this year is JuST Faith, a pre-conference gathering for members of the faith community. Shared Hope lists it as a $40 ticket that you add when you register for the full conference. Seating is limited, so check the official site for details.
Registration, badges, the agenda, and any conference meals are handled by Shared Hope. Use the official pages for all of those. The organizer’s site also lists future dates: the 2027 conference moves to the Omni Dallas Hotel in Dallas, Texas.
Official housing at the Omni Shoreham
The Omni Shoreham is the official host hotel for the JuST Training Conference 2026. According to the registration hotel page, a limited block of discounted rooms is available until Monday, October 5, 2026, or until the block sells out. Registered attendees receive the booking link in their confirmation email.
The same page says the Omni Shoreham offers discounted overnight valet parking for hotel guests and does not offer self-parking. If you plan to drive into the city, factor that in wherever you stay.
Shared Hope also warns attendees about unauthorized “hotel poachers” who call or email claiming to represent the conference. The organizer does not use third-party housing bureaus. American Guest House is an independent bed and breakfast. We are not affiliated with Shared Hope International or the Omni Shoreham, we do not sell conference block rooms, and we never contact attendees. If you choose to stay with us, you book directly on our own website.
Getting from Kalorama to the Omni Shoreham
American Guest House is at 2005 Columbia Road NW, Washington, DC 20009, in Kalorama. The Omni Shoreham sits in Woodley Park, just north of Rock Creek Park. There are three easy ways to make the trip.
- Metro: Walk about 7 to 10 minutes to Dupont Circle station on the Red Line. Ride one stop north to Woodley Park-Zoo/Adams Morgan, then walk a few blocks along Connecticut Avenue and Calvert Street to the hotel.
- Rideshare or taxi: A short drive up Connecticut Avenue and across Rock Creek brings you to Calvert Street NW. Leave extra time at the morning rush.
- On foot: Connecticut Avenue crosses Rock Creek Park on the Taft Bridge into Woodley Park. It is a pleasant walk in good weather if you have time before sessions.
Whichever route you choose, build in a buffer for badge pickup on the first morning. Keep the official JuST agenda as your clock.
Where to stay for the JuST Training Conference 2026: American Guest House
If the Omni Shoreham block is full, or you prefer a smaller place to sleep after long training days, American Guest House is a historic bed and breakfast in an 1893 house with 11 ensuite rooms. We are one block from the Washington Hilton and a short walk from Dupont Circle. Adams Morgan restaurants are nearby for dinner after sessions.
Breakfast, check-in, and parking
- Breakfast: A homemade breakfast is included on the Standard Rate and the Last Minute Deal only. Corporate and Non-Refundable rates do not include breakfast, so pick your rate with that in mind.
- Check-in: 4pm to 10pm. Complimentary luggage storage is available from 10am, which helps if you arrive early for a first-day session.
- Parking: We have no on-site parking. Nearby street parking is limited and often 2-hour residential. Use SpotHero or a paid garage. See map, directions, and parking.

Omni Shoreham or a Kalorama B&B?
Staying at the Omni Shoreham puts you steps from the meeting rooms and inside the official block. Staying in Kalorama adds a short Metro or rideshare trip each way, in exchange for a quieter residential street and a small historic house. Both work. The choice comes down to room availability during conference week and the kind of evening you want after sessions.
Practical tips for JuST Training Conference 2026 week
- Register first. Shared Hope sends the official Omni Shoreham booking link only after registration.
- If you want the conference rate, book the Omni block before October 5, 2026.
- Only book rooms through the official link or directly with a property you choose yourself. Ignore unsolicited housing offers, as the organizer advises.
- If you add JuST Faith, check its start time on the official site and plan your arrival day around it.
- Late October evenings can be cool in Washington, so pack a layer for the walk to and from Metro.
- For a Kalorama stay, compare rates and choose one that includes breakfast if that matters to you.
