Getting here is simple too. Dupont Circle Metro, on the Red Line, is a 10-minute walk from the house. If you come in by train to Union Station, the Red Line takes you to Dupont Circle.

- Two nights (Wednesday and Thursday). This is the easy version. You stay for the happy hour, go out for dinner, and leave on Friday without rushing for a train or a flight.
- Arriving Thursday morning. You can leave your bags in the parlor from 8 AM on your check-in day, walk to registration, and check in after 4 PM.

The house: 12 rooms, one bed each

Breakfast depends on the rate you book. A homemade breakfast is included only with the Standard Rate and the 2-day refundable rate. Bisnow’s agenda opens with registration, breakfast and networking from 8:00 to 9:00 AM, with the opening keynote at 9:00. If you book a rate with our breakfast and want to be in your seat for the keynote, pick the 8:30 seating.
Check-in is from 4 PM to 10 PM. Bags can stay in the parlor from 8 AM on your check-in day, and after check-out until 5 PM. An earlier drop-off or a later pickup can be arranged, as long as you set it up in advance.
