RCPE has posted a save-the-date for Accelerating Access to Medicines (AATM) 2027: March 4–5, 2027, in Washington, D.C. Programme, speakers, and registration are not out yet. If you work in pharmaceutical development or manufacturing and expect to be in the capital that week, lock lodging now. Rooms near Embassy Row and the Washington Hilton go early.
American Guest House is an 11-room historic bed and breakfast in Kalorama at 2005 Columbia Road NW, Washington, DC 20009. We are one block from the Washington Hilton and a 7–10 minute walk to Dupont Circle Metro. Adams Morgan dining is nearby. This is not an Adams Morgan hotel.
What is AATM 2027?
AATM is RCPE’s forum on pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, and patient access. The last Washington workshop ran April 1–2, 2025 at the Austrian Embassy (3524 International Court NW). The 2027 meeting is announced for Washington, D.C. only. Venue, agenda, and tickets will be published on rcpe.at/en/aatm. Do not treat 2025 or 2023 Embassy dates as the 2027 address.
Where to stay
Until RCPE names a 2027 hall, plan for Northwest Washington: Kalorama, Dupont Circle, and Embassy Row. American Guest House is a historic 1893 house with 11 guest rooms, each with a private ensuite. Homemade breakfast is included with the Standard Rate and the Last Minute Deal only, not every rate. Check-in is 4:00 pm–10:00 pm. Luggage storage starts at 10:00 am if you arrive early. There is no on-site parking lot. Street parking in Kalorama is residential and often two-hour. Use SpotHero for a nearby garage, or the Hilton garage at Florida and 19th.
Getting to a Northwest venue
- Washington Hilton: about one block / two minutes on foot
- Dupont Circle Metro (Red Line): 7–10 minutes
- Austrian Embassy (2025 site, not confirmed for 2027): a short ride or a longer walk from Kalorama along Embassy Row
