What’s your breakfast like at your Washington DC Inn?
Our Washington DC Inn wants your trip to be wonderful from start to finish, so to start off your day we serve a delicious, one-of-a-kind breakfast special. Chef Kevin loves to prepare inventive and flavorful dishes for our guests and he also serves sausage or bacon, eggs, and homemade muffins with the breakfast special. We additionally have cereal, homemade granola, yogurt, oatmeal, and fruit salad to top off your breakfast plate.
What if I have a dietary restriction?
For guests who have a dietary restriction, let our innkeeper know a week before your arrival so that we can easily accommodate to your request. If you would like scrambled eggs or an omelette in exchange for the breakfast special, we are happy to make that substitute.
What breakfast dishes are served?
Chef Kevin always mixes up what he serves guests, depending on what’s in season and guest favorites. He often serves: omelettes, quiche, french toast, pancakes with fruit compote, and sweet potato hash. If there is a dish that you are craving, let us know when you book your reservation and we’d love to make it for you!
What if I can’t make the breakfast times?
Have an early flight to catch? Not to worry! We still want to make sure you start your day off on the right foot, so we offer a to-breakfast that will be ready for you in the morning. Our to-go breakfasts include: two hard-boiled eggs, homemade granola, plain or fruit yogurt, OJ, fruit salad, and a muffin. Let the Innkeeper know the night before by no later than 7 p.m. if you would like a to-go breakfast. In addition, we have coffee/tea station that is available to you 24/7 for your caffeine needs.
