The 40th Annual March for Life will be held in Washington DC from January 24-26, 2013. Details of some of the March for Life events follow:

March for Life Youth Rally- Thursday, January 24, 2013, Regency Ballroom of the Hyatt Regency hotel, 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

The Law of Life Summit “3″- Thursday, January 24, 2013, Hyatt Regency hotel, 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM

The March for Life and Rally- Friday, January 25th, along the National Mall, up Constitution Avenue to the Supreme Court Building, 12:00 p.m.

A 5K March for Life- Saturday, January 26, 2013, West Potomac Park, Washington, DC., 8 a.m.

AAFS 2013 Annual Meeting

The American Academy of Forensic Sciences is Holding its 65th Anniversary Meeting this February at the Washington DC Marriot Wardman Park Hotel. This Conference will feature over 800 scientific papers, breakfast seminars, workshops and various other activities. APSCU Symposium 2012

The Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities will host a Symposium, “From Politics to Policy” from December 5 to 7, 2012 in Washington DC. The symposium will cover post-election impacts for private sector educational institutions, including issues such as the fiscal cliff, budget sequestration, and its potential impact on educational grants. Keynote speakers include experts from the Georgetown University Center on Education & Workforce, the Department of Labor, and the Washington Examiner.

National Prayer Breakfast in Washington DC

An event with more than 50 years of history is taking place this February in DC. National Prayer Breakfast is scheduled to happen on February 7th at the Hilton Hotel. This event started in 1953 with President Eisenhower as a way for the congress to support, pray and care for the president. Today, it gathers leaders from all over the country in a celebration that you cannot miss.

Cirque Du Soleil

Located in Oxon Hill, MD Cirque Du Soleil is hosting its TOTEM show for a limited time here in DC. TOTEM explores the adventures of human species with themes of flight and evolution.
