The OCA 40th anniversary 2013

This year, from July 18 to 21, 2013 the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington D.C. will host the OCA 40th anniversary. The 2013 National Convention will, serve as a homecoming for all who have been involved since our founding in 1973. The convention theme, “40 Years of Advocacy and Empowerment,” is an opportunity for thousands of people to gather through programs, workshops, events and activities designed to foster the next generations of Asian Pacific Americans (APA) community, government, business and corporate leaders

AFT TEACH 2013 will bring together educators, union leaders, administrators, activists, and civic and community leaders for high-quality workshops.

The NAEMSE’s symposium and trade show 2013

Symposium consists of educational pre-conferences, post-conference, general sessions and break-out sessions that are presented to help the educator better their teaching skills and take those new ideas back to the classroom.
