As spring gives way to summer, what better time to explore Washington DC’s US Botanical Gardens? The Botanical Gardens, Conservatory, National Garden, and Bartholdi Park are all free and open to the public 365 days a year! While you’re in the area, take a stroll by the U.S. Capitol Building and its Reflecting Pool out front, or stop by one of the many Smithsonian Museums along the National Mall. The National Gallery of Art also includes multiple indoor atriums with tall domed ceiling with indoor gardens to enjoy.
For easy directions from our Washington DC bed and breakfast near the heart of Dupont Circle, please view the map below. Our accommodations are only about a 10 minute walk to the Dupont Circle metro, where you can catch the metro to quickly arrive at the Botanical Gardens and National Mall.
