Cranberry Cake
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of milk
2 cups flour
2 1/2 cups cranberries (1 bag)
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×13 pan.
2. Beat eggs and sugar together for 5 min
3. Add butter and vanilla and beat for a few more minutes. Add the milk and salt
4. Add flour and then cranberries. Pour into greased pan.
5. Bake 45-50 minutes
