New Year’s Eve in Washington DC

No plans for New Year’s Eve in Washington DC? No worry, we have done some research for you and found places to celebrate New Year’s Eve in our Nation Capital!

If you are in family, you may want to check the First Night Alexandria. Musical performances will be held inside Old Town Alexandria’s historic buildings and many events will be held at the Masonic Temple and at Midnight, celebrate the New Year while watching the fireworks.

For the youngers who want to party all night, you can celebrate in the New Year while dancing on the dance floor at one the Washington DC’s nightclubs such as Black cat or Blues Alley or Watch the clock strike 12:00, ring in the New Year while gathering around a large screen TV at one of Washington DC’s bars to see the celebration in Times Square New York City.

Some people like me for example will like to go to some place like the Kennedy Center to see one of the New eve performances or maybe at the Comedy Central for standing show…

For the romantics, the cruise along the Potomac will be a nice way to celebrate the year end while taking in skyline views of the nation’s capital.
