International Lion of Judah Conference 2016

September 11th-13th the International Lion of Judah Conference 2016 (ILOJC) will be held at the Washington Hilton, less than one block away from our Washington DC bed and breakfast. The conference is headed up by the Jewish Federation of North America (JFNA) and will provide the opportunity for Jewish women from around the world to come together and hear from world-class leaders about local and global Jewish issues. Additionally, it serves as a time to share a passion for philanthropy and giving with one another.

What can you expect from ILOJC 2016? The conference will feature world-renowned speakers including, former U.S. Secretary of State Madeline Albright, Political Analyst and Commentator for CNN Paul Begala, The President of the Wexler Foundation Rabbi Elka Abrahamson and many more. The program also includes dinners and lunches every day for an opportunity to connect with others in the community. The conference will consist of multiple plenaries, forums and luncheons to attend.

Who is the JFNA? The Jewish Federation of North American brings together many federations and network communities to maximize their impact in the fields of caregiving, aging, philanthropy, disability, foreign policy, homeland security and health care. Annually, the foundation raises over $900 million through the Annual Campaign and emergency campaigns, and distribute over $2 billion from their foundations and endowments.

The registration fee is $999, which includes all programs and meals except for dinner on Monday night. The ILOJC has reserved rooms at the Washington Hilton for $239 per night plus tax, and you can reserve a room through the online registration for the conference.
