National Deaf People of Color Conference

Gallaudet University, located in Washington D.C., will host this year’s 3rd annual National Deaf People of Color Conference from June 13 to June 16, 2013.  The purpose of this year’s conference is to enlighten the public, researchers, health providers, and policymakers about issues affecting the deaf community of color.  Attendees at this event will have an opportunity to participate in personal and professional development, family workshops, and discussion groups.
