The first ever International Conference on Cultural Intelligence  will be held this year in Washington D.C. at the historic Whittemore House from April 10  to 11, 2013. This event is organized by the Cultural Intelligence Institute whose mission is to promote a higher level of cultural awareness to professionals working across the country or around the world.  Led by distinguished experts and researchers, participants at this year’s conference will have the opportunity to attend nearly 20 breakout sessions on how to manage a diverse set of cultural settings.

If you are planning on attending this important conference, the historic Whittemore House is located a little over a half a mile from our Washington DC lodging.  You can choose between a 12 minute walk – good cardio – or  6 minute bus ride on the Metro 42 bus line – good for the environment. With our convenient location in DuPont Circle, you might just be able to sneak in an afternoon nap during your conference. We look forward to serving your accommodation needs while in Washington DC.

Safe travels,
