The Smithsonian Craft Show is an exhibit of 120 exceptional craft artists, representing works in basketry, ceramics, decorative fiber, furniture, glass, jewelry, leather, metal, mixed media, paper, wearable art, and wood.

The show¬†will be held at the National Building Museum from April 14 until April 17, 2011. This is an opportunity to see, discover talented artists and amazing contemporary American craftswhich can be purchase…

If you are interested, there will be an online auctionof fine craft which will and will be open on Wednesday, April 6, 12:00 noon, and will close Wednesday, April 20 at 9:00 pm.

The closest metro station will be Judiciary Square on the Red Line and the admission fee will be $15 per Adult, $12 for Seniors and Smithsonian Associates, Children 12 and under are free.
